Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, images, prices, sizes, ingredients, usage information, and availability accurately. Packaging, images, and product details may vary from what appears online.

Skincare, beauty, body care, and personal care products should be selected according to product details and your own needs. Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredients, usage directions, warnings, and product suitability before purchase. Orders and Payments

Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may cancel or refuse an order because of suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory issues, payment problems, or fulfillment limitations. Payments are handled by secure third-party payment providers.

Shipping

We ship to the United States and Canada. Orders over $16 qualify for free shipping. Orders of $16 or less require a $6 shipping fee. Orders placed before 2:00 PM local time begin processing the same business day whenever possible. Processing time is 1-2 business days, and estimated transit time is 3-5 business days after shipment.

Returns and Refunds

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Opened, used, expired, altered, damaged, or improperly packaged skincare and personal care products may not qualify for a full refund.

Responsible Product Use

Skincare and beauty products should be stored and used according to package instructions. We are not responsible for issues caused by misuse, failure to follow usage directions, allergic reactions, sensitivity, or use of a product for an unintended purpose.

Intellectual Property and Liability

Website content, including text, images, graphics, logos, designs, product listings, and layout, is owned by or licensed to OSEA Venice Skincare Studio and may not be copied or used without permission except as allowed by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for an order-related claim will not exceed the amount paid for that order.
